Kaitomic rebuilds and integrates business systems for Hong Kong companies, then keeps them running under long-term technical care.
Which services do you offer?
Custom web and mobile applications; enterprise resource planning (ERP); office automation and digital workflows; UX/UI design; system integration; long-term maintenance and technical support; and automation on existing systems.
How much does a project cost?
Every project is quoted after scope. Discovery produces a written scope and a fixed quote, agreed before any build begins. We do not publish price bands because systems differ too much for a range to be useful.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. Work is delivered in complete working units, each demoed and accepted, and the schedule is fixed in your written scope.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You do. On full payment, source code, documentation and every account created for the project are handed over in full.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Yes. Existing systems are usually the best specification we have. We keep what still carries the truth of the business and rebuild what does not.
Do you provide ongoing support?
Yes, under an optional care agreement: monitoring, fixes and updates, plus Cloud and DevOps work where the stack needs it.
Do you use AI?
Only where it removes repetitive, measurable work on systems you already run, such as WhatsApp or voice agents, with human review where decisions matter.
What agreements are required?
A written scope and fixed quote, accompanied by a service agreement covering ownership, warranty, liability and governing law.
Can you work alongside our existing developer?
Yes. Responsibilities, interfaces and handover requirements are documented so both teams know who owns what.
What are your payment terms?
Unless your scope states otherwise, 50% at commencement and the balance at handover, on 14-day terms, by FPS, bank transfer or cheque.
